A fee that moves after the work begins is not a fee, it is an estimate. We quote a fixed number, write it into the engagement letter and stay inside it.
Government charges are listed separately so you can see what goes to ACRA and IRAS and what comes to us. If something genuinely falls outside the scope, we quote it and wait for your approval before touching it.

The ACRA name application and incorporation fees are included in the Incorporate package. Other statutory fees, such as stamp duty on share transfers or MOM application fees, are charged at cost with the receipt attached.
Nothing until renewal. We review transaction volume annually and tell you before the anniversary if the tier needs to move. We do not re-price mid-term.
Yes. Give 30 days' notice and we hand over your registers, minute book and Xero file at no charge, then file the change of secretary with ACRA. Your records are yours.
We do. A dormant company still needs a secretary, an annual return and usually a dormant tax filing. Ask us for a dormant quote.
