What is included

What Expede Sign covers

This is a signing and document trail tool for the corporate paperwork we prepare, not a general legal platform. Knowing where that line sits is the useful part.

Resolutions signed in place

Board and members' resolutions go out for signature and come back completed, each signature dated. Directors in different countries sign the same document without anyone posting paper between Singapore and Manila.

Consents and appointments

Consent to act as a director, consent to act as company secretary, and the paperwork around appointments and resignations run the same route. Signed copies land straight into the company records.

Engagement documents

The engagement letter, the fee schedule and the identity checks you complete when you start with us go out this way. You see the fixed fee written down before you sign, and your copy stays where you reach it.

A trail behind each signature

Every document carries a record of who signed, from which email address and at what time. When an auditor or a bank asks how a resolution was approved, that record answers the question without a search through inboxes.

Documents that still need ink

Not every document type is validly signed by electronic means, and some counterparties refuse them regardless. We flag the items in your pack that need wet ink and arrange those separately, rather than letting you find out at the counter.

Everyone who has to sign

Shareholders, directors and the company secretary each receive the documents that need their signature and nothing else. Reminders go to whoever is holding the pack up, which is usually why a filing slips.

How it works

From draft to signed file

There is nothing for you to set up. Documents arrive when there is something to sign, and the signed version goes into the company records without a further step from you.

  1. We prepare the document

A resolution, consent or engagement letter is drafted here and checked before it goes anywhere. Nothing is sent for signature until the wording matches what the filing or the appointment needs, because a signed document with the wrong date is worse than an unsigned one.

    Often the same day
  2. It reaches the signers

Each person who has to sign gets a link by email holding only their documents. There is no account to create and no software to install, which matters when a shareholder overseas is being asked to sign something on a phone.

    Minutes to sign
  3. Signatures collected and chased

Progress stays visible while signing is open, so you know who is outstanding. Reminders go to those people rather than to everyone, and we tell you when a document sits unsigned close to a statutory deadline.

    Until everyone signs
  4. Filed into the records

The completed document and its signing record are stored with your company records, beside the minute book and the statutory registers. When ACRA, a bank or an auditor asks for it, the copy is there and the dates hold up.

    Same day as completion
What it costs

No separate charge

Expede Sign is part of what you already pay on a Comply or Complete package. Signing is not billed on top of either one.

No per-document fee and no per-signer fee applies, because charging by the signature pushes clients back towards printing and scanning, which is the habit this is meant to end.

Common questions

What people ask about signing

Is an electronically signed resolution valid in Singapore?

Electronic signing is widely used for company documents here, but it does not stretch to every document type, and some counterparties insist on paper whatever the position is. We give no blanket yes. Each item in your pack is checked, and anything needing wet ink is flagged before it goes out for signature.

Which documents still need wet ink?

It depends on the document, and sometimes on who is receiving it. Certain instruments sit outside electronic signing, and individual banks and registries take their own line. We go through your pack, mark those items and arrange paper signing for them, so you are not turned away at a counter.

Do my shareholders need an account or software?

No. Each signer receives a link by email that opens the documents assigned to them. Nothing is installed and no account is created. That matters most for an overseas shareholder who signs once a year and has no reason to keep another login.

Is this a general contract signing platform?

No. Expede Sign covers the corporate documents we prepare for you, which means resolutions, consents and engagement paperwork. Commercial contracts, leases and employment agreements sit outside it. Use a service built for those, and keep the company records and their signing trail here.

What happens to the signed document afterwards?

It is stored with your company records together with the record of who signed and when. Resolutions feed the minute book and the statutory registers, so the signed copy and the register entry are made at the same time, rather than months later when somebody asks for proof.
