  3. Disqualified Officers Managing CompaniesComplaints about disqualified individuals continuing to manage companies or Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) are criminal matters handled by the Police or CAD.

  4. Internal Disputes Among Directors or ShareholdersConflicts within companies, such as disputes over decision-making or financial management, are typically resolved through private mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings, rather than through ACRA.


Handling Complaints Forwarded to the Police or CAD

When complaints involving these issues are submitted to ACRA, the authority ensures they are redirected to the appropriate agency. Any supporting documents provided will also be forwarded to the Police or CAD to facilitate the investigation.
